Know where your records live.
Reception’s current preview stores your business settings, intake requests and appointments in IndexedDB in this browser. It stores your theme preference in localStorage. The application does not upload workspace records, call a language-model API, record audio or connect to telephone, payment, email or calendar services.
What is stored
Your records can include names, phone numbers, emails, request summaries, internal notes, statuses, follow-up dates, appointment times and team transfer numbers. You enter this information yourself. Keep only what you need for the workflow and avoid adding highly sensitive details.
Device access and retention
Anyone with access to this browser profile may be able to access the workspace. This preview has no login, shared-team access controls or application-level encryption. Data remains until you erase the workspace, restore another backup or clear browser storage. Browser cleanup can also remove it. Use Your data → Erase device workspace to replace the saved data with an empty workspace. Downloaded files are separate and must be removed separately.
Downloads and restore
JSON backups contain the whole workspace. Intake CSV and calendar ICS exports contain the corresponding contact and scheduling details. They are generated on your device. Supplied callback exports can also be selected and reviewed locally; imported records contain a callback number, team, timestamps and source identifiers. Their stated consent is not independently verified. Backups and intake CSV include this source information. A file selected for restore is read locally, validated and shown for confirmation before replacing the workspace. Nothing sends a customer invitation or message.
Site delivery
The host receives ordinary requests needed to deliver the site, which can include an IP address, browser information and requested resource paths in hosting logs. There are no application analytics scripts, advertising pixels, third-party fonts or cookies added by this preview. Hosting retention and security practices are managed by the hosting provider.
Future connected features
Accounts, phone integrations, shared storage, customer communications and payments are not active. Their data flows, consent, access controls and deletion requirements must be implemented and disclosed before activation. The prepared phone adapter does not run with real provider configuration in this preview.
